Know the BLUE ZONE rules: no parking in the blue zones, not even if you get there first and it’s ten minutes before 3pm.

Ask your children to enter and exit your car on the sidewalk side, not the street side.

The parking lot is only for staff and those with handicap placards. Please do not park or wait there for your children. There are not enough spaces for teachers and staff. Moreover, the parking lot becomes a very dangerous place when children are running through it and there are many cars entering and exiting.

Use the crosswalk and crossing guards. Jaywalking is dangerous, particularly across Pleasant Street during high traffic times.

Don’t park in the yellow zone, as it blocks access to the blue zone – it’s also illegal to park in the yellow zone.

Please do not turn around in driveways near school to reverse direction. Our children are walking or biking on the sidewalks near school.

Do not double park in front of the school, even if it’s just for a minute.

No u-turns in front of school.

Acquaint yourself with the flow and go with it. For example, most people drive up Tyler Terrace toward school and down Bracebridge toward school. Go a different way during high traffic times. The streets cannot accommodate parked cars plus two directions of traffic.

Please consider our neighbors. Would you want someone to park on your grass or to block your driveway?
